You can unhide the hidden rows in excel 2007/2010.

1.  Open your excel file,
2.  In home tab, cells group, click in Format,
3.  An window open,
4.  Click Hide & Unhide,
5.  Click unhide rows,

It's ok. Your hidden rows are now unhide.

You can hide one or more row as your requirement in excel 2007/2010.

1.  Open your excel file,
2.  Select the row you want to hide,
3.  In home tab, cells group, click in Format,
4.  An window open,
5.  Click Hide & Unhide,
6.  Click Hide row,

5. Click unhide column,

It's ok. Your hidden column now unhide.
